Estuary Funding is a wholly owned economic arm of the Kashia Band of Pomo Indians of the Stewarts Point Rancheria ("Tribe"), a federally recognized Indian tribe, that is licensed by the Kashia Lending Commission. Estuary Funding is organized and in good standing under the laws of the Tribe. Tribal laws can be accessed at http://www.stewartspoint.org or provided upon written request to cs@kashiaservices.com.

Loan applications that are fully verified and approved by 10:30 a.m. PT on a business day will be funded as soon as the same day. Loan applications that have been fully verified and approved by 5:00pm PT will be funded as soon as the next business day. If your loan application is approved by Estuary Funding, your loan will be governed by Tribal law, federal law, and the terms and conditions of your loan agreement. The Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) as applied to your loan will range from 589% to 899% depending on your payment schedule, pay frequency, loan term, and the amount of your loan. Late payments and non-payment may result in additional fees and collection activities as described in your loan agreement and as allowed by Tribal and federal law. Estuary Funding does not lend to residents of AR, CT, IL, MD, MO, NY, PA, VA, WV. Availability of installment loans are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Estuary Funding.

**A determination that you qualify does not guarantee final approval of your loan application. Certain events or changes to your information may impact your eligibility to receive a loan. If you no longer meet our loan criteria, we may offer you a loan in a different amount or on different terms. If any of your information materially changes, we reserve the right to deny your loan request. If you reside in one of the states listed above, you will be ineligible for a loan.
